Questions jewellers ask us
Is there really a free plan?+
Yes. The Free plan includes orders, repairs, the material ledger and the karigar app for up to 2 karigars and 30 orders a month. No card is needed.
Do my karigars need a smartphone?+
For photo updates, yes — any Android phone or iPhone works. Karigars without a phone can still be managed by your staff from the web.
Can I pay yearly?+
Yes. Yearly billing costs ten months’ price for twelve months. All prices are in rupees plus 18% GST, and you get a GST invoice.
What if I only need one extra module?+
Add single modules such as Sales & GST billing or Gold savings schemes to any paid plan, without moving to a bigger plan.
Can you help us move from Excel or another software?+
Yes. Use the import tool for customers, karigars and stock, or ask us and we will help with the move.
How do I pay?+
By UPI or bank transfer from inside the app. Your plan is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed.
